  • Screen Adaptation: On small viewports (e.g., 320px) or after enlarging the content via zoom or settings, some content and functionality do not fit the screen properly, resulting in a loss of content or the ability to interact with the page or its elements.

  • Input fields: These may present various accessibility issues: error messages on the platform may be missing or non-descriptive (e.g., the search field, “This email address is invalid,” etc.); titles or instructions may be missing or not always visible (e.g., the asterisk symbol, numbers below the image of selected jewelry, etc.); form fields and error messages may not be clearly announced to screen readers.

  • Keyboard navigation: Focus is sometimes lost or moves to hidden or off-screen elements (e.g., closed drawers and carousel items); modals and drawers are not fully usable with the keyboard (e.g., Sign Up, Cart, Contact Us, and Book an Appointment); some controls do not respond to keyboard input (e.g., “View All Results” and “Add to Wish List”); and links, buttons, images, and form fields lack a visible and clear focus indicator. Screen reader support is also inconsistent, and some dialogs and controls are not announced correctly.

  • Language and Acronyms: On the platform, some sections presented in a language different from the rest of the page are not announced correctly by screen readers. Additionally, some acronyms are not explained.
