SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship to those areas and countries listed on our website. Purchase requests from countries that are not included on the list will not be accepted.

As soon as payment is authorized and products are available, orders will be promptly processed. Delivery times will depend on the time that the order is received.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders exceeding 1.000 euro, otherwise 19 euro. 

In case of orders containing more than one item the order will be dispatched once all the items are available, partial dispatches wil not be carried out.

All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in Valenza.

When buying on our e-commerce you will receive an invoice as a PDF attachment at the email address used for the purchase.

We manage requests of gift packages.

Shipping time:

• Items in stock will be delivered in 5-7 business days from the shipping confirmation day, depending on the items availability.

• Items “Made to Order” will be delivered in up to 15 weeks from order confirmation.
